For spring and summer sessions, 6-8 weeks out is a safe window. October weekends fill up early, sometimes by July. Events like weddings need the most lead time, 3-6 months if possible. Automotive shoots are usually the most flexible; a couple weeks is typically fine.
Yes. Killeen and the surrounding area are all included with no travel fee: Fort Hood, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, and Lampasas. For anything beyond 25 miles, there's a small travel add-on. Just ask and we'll work it out.
It's the most common thing I hear before a session and it's never been a problem. I deal with social anxiety myself, so I genuinely understand that feeling. I spend the whole session making it feel like a hang, not a shoot. The best photos always come after people forget the camera is there.
Wear something you'd put on for a nice Sunday. Skip the matching white shirts. Once you book, I send a short style guide with easy pointers, not rules. The goal is for you to look like you, just on a good day.
We reschedule. No fee, no drama. Texas weather is unpredictable and I keep the calendar flexible for exactly this reason. I'll reach out as the date gets close if there's anything to worry about.
Standard turnaround is 1-2 weeks depending on the session type. You'll get a sneak peek within 48 hours so you have something to share right away. Rush delivery (full gallery within 24 hours) is available as an add-on if you need it fast.
Yes. Full-resolution files, no watermarks, print release included. You paid for them, they're yours. Print them, post them, frame them, whatever you want.
